16. Dispute Resolution

Before filing a legal claim, you agree to first contact us at info.smarttaxing@gmail.com to attempt to resolve the dispute informally. We will attempt to resolve the dispute within 30 days.

If we cannot resolve the dispute informally, you agree to submit to binding arbitration or small claims court, as described above.
